So long, Sydney.

This March, Marty Bright says goodbye Sydney and hello world.

Over the last 24 months, Marty has gone from strength to strength in the Sydney comedy scene, with his popularity steadily increasing. He is now preparing for an epic stand up tour of New Zealand which includes Earth Beat Festival and a three night feature run at the world renowned kiwi comedy network "the Classic". After smashing it in NZ, Marty will be touring South America for the rest of the year.

Between the chaos of performing shows and teaching comedy workshops on the road, Marty will no doubt still make time to absorb the adventure of South America and fit in some self discovery along the way.

Marty's that kind of guy- able to smoothly weave together life experience with work ethic. His open, relaxed attitude is infectious and allows him to connect with people from all walks of life. His stand up set leaves audiences energised with good vibes; Marty has no need to rely on vulgarity or cruel commentary to hold a crowd.

They say laughter is the best Medicine, and if that's true Marty Bright is a bit like an urban medicine man. The last time Sydney will get Marty Bright, at least in 2020 will be in the Bamboozle Room in Potts Point.

We had a chat with Marty  to ask him the hard questions before he leaves, so you can find out more about the Man behind the Shirt.
